Hello! My name is Katy...
I wanted to be an astronaut when I was a kid, but Ireland’s lack of a space program and my master's degree in anthropology underprepared me for that particular career. So, I did the next best thing, and trained to be a scuba diving instructor. I have been scuba diving all over the world: Thailand, Malaysia, Egypt, Tanzania, India, Greece, Ireland, and the U.S.A. I spent 5 years teaching diving full time on the island of Roatan, Honduras, I particularly enjoy working with kids, families, nervous divers, and special needs. I'm excited to share my love of being underwater and blowing bubbles with you all!
